The Salzburg State Championships will take place as part of TriZell, covering the Olympic distance.

Swim course
1.5 Kilometres

After the start at the lido in Thumersbach, a triangular swim course with a length of 750 m in the crystal- clear Lake Zell must be accomplished twice.

Bike course
40 Kilometres

The the bike course is 40 kilometers long with 454 metres of ascent and 460 metres of descent. The start is in Thumersbach, after which the route continues towards Bruck and then into the Kaprun Valley.

Running course
10 Kilometres

The 10 kilometre running course leads from the park in Thumersbach along the pavement in the direction of the hospital in Zell am See and continues towards the centre of Zell am See. Afterwards there is a turnaround back to the park in Thumersbach. This course has to be completed twice.
