Direct train services to Zell am See-Kaprun

ICE from Germany to Zell am See-Kaprun
From 19 December 2025 to 12 April 2026 and from 22 May to 1 November 2026, the ICE will once again take you comfortably from Germany to your holiday destination. The route runs from Hamburg via Würzburg, Augsburg and Munich directly to Zell am See. Arrivals are on Friday or Saturday and the return journeys on Saturday or Sunday.

Night train from Malmö via Copenhagen to Austria
The Swedish railway company Snälltåget will offer a direct night train connection to Zell am See-Kaprun from 19 December 2025 to 14 March 2026, running from Malmö via Copenhagen, Odense and Kolding. The train departs Malmö on Friday afternoon and arrives in Zell am See-Kaprun the following day. The return journey departs one week later on Saturday evening, reaching Denmark and Sweden the following day.
