Swim course IRONMAN 70.3

The 1.9 km/ 1.2 mile swim course is divided into two course sections out and back.  Near the city centre you have to swim around two turn around buoys.

Bike Course IRONMAN 70.3

The Bike course offers a 90 kilometers long course with 870 meters of climbing. The bike course was voted Europe's third place by the athletes, making it one of the most beautiful tracks in the IRONMAN world. There are some speedy sections as well as climbs up the mountain. The course peak is at 1280 meters above sea lovel at Filzensattel.
