My first 3.000er - Summit tour

Guided tour to the 3,203m-high Kitzsteinhorn summit

On this tour, a state-certified mountain guide accompanies participants rope-secured to the 3,203-m-high summit of the Kitzsteinhorn. The ascent is rewarded by breathtaking views – from the glaciated flanks of the adjacent Hohe Tauern National Park’s threethousanders over the rugged cirques of the Steinernes Meer (“Rocky Sea”) and grassy slopes of the Kitzbuehel Alps all the way down to the Zell valley.

When: on Wednesday, from 12 June to 18 September, 2024
Meeting point: 9 am at the Gletscherjet 1 / Panoramabahn valley station (Kesselfallstr. 60, 5710 Kaprun) 
Duration: aprrox. 5 hours
Costs: € 105 for the guided tour incl. harness belt, helmet and crampons if necessary (lift ticket not included)
